Legal notice
This page gathers the operator's identity and contact details in one place. The app is not in any store yet and the company is still being registered, so most fields below are placeholders. We would rather leave them empty than invent a legal name or an address.
Business details
The email address works today. The other rows will be filled in once registration is complete.
| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Legal name | To be published once registration is complete |
| Address | To be published once registration is complete |
| Tax / MERSIS number | To be published once registration is complete |
| destek@ruhesi.net | |
| Responsible person | To be published once registration is complete |
Why these fields are empty
Ruh Eşi has not launched. It is not on the App Store or Google Play, there is no build you can install, and we are not naming a release date. Company registration is in progress.
The legal name, address and tax number are only fixed once that registration completes. Store submission requires them anyway, so the table will be filled in before we submit, and the same details will go into the legal documents.
Nothing has to wait for that. destek@ruhesi.net is live and read today, for any question, request or notice.
Data controller
The operator of Ruh Eşi is the data controller under the GDPR and under Turkish data protection law (KVKK). Once the company is registered it takes on that role, and its name appears in the table above.
Write to destek@ruhesi.net about anything to do with your data. You can ask to:
- Find out what data is held about you and get a copy
- Correct anything wrong or incomplete
- Have it deleted
- Restrict processing, or object to it
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier
You get an answer within 30 days at the latest. What we process and why is set out in the Privacy Policy; the full list of rights under Turkish law is in the Data Protection Notice.
You do not need to email us to delete your account. Deletion happens inside the app in one step, and you have 30 days to undo it.
Hosting
The plan is to keep the servers and the database inside the European Union. The reason is straightforward: the audience is worldwide, so the GDPR is the governing regime, and Turkey is not on the EU adequacy list — hosting there would add legal weight for every EU user.
The provider and the country of the data centre are not settled yet. Once they are, the name goes both on this page and into the Privacy Policy. We are not putting an unverified provider name here.
What to write about, and where
For now there is one address: destek@ruhesi.net. If separate channels open, we will say so here.
Support and accounts
If you cannot sign in, something is not behaving as expected, or you have a suggestion. The support page also covers the situations that come up most often.
Data protection requests
Access, correction, deletion and objection requests — say which one in the subject line. We may ask you to write from the email address on your account so we can confirm it is you.
Legal notices
Warnings, objections and formal correspondence go to the same address. A registered address for service will be published here once the company exists.
Security findings
Found a vulnerability? Send the details to the same address. There is no bounty programme; just reach us before you make it public.

Meet people who like what you like
Ruh Eşi is not a dating app. It exists so you can meet people to hike with, listen to the same band with, and talk about the same thing for hours — and your exact location is never shown on the map.
