Short answer: you can use the app for free. Paying speeds things up; it never leaves anyone unable to talk. Below is what sits in which plan, and why the line is drawn where it is.

Items marked “on the way” do not exist in the product today. We flag them rather than let an unbuilt feature read like a shipped one.

- Answer every question, see your compatibilityThe whole question bank is open. Nothing about the score is dialled down for free accounts: two-way compatibility, the confidence factor and dealbreakers work the same for everyone.
- Five compatible people every dayCompatible people nearby show up every day: the free plan shows you five match results a day. Seeing someone never costs anything; paying only lifts that daily cap.
- Always reply to messages you receiveThis is not capped on any plan. When somebody writes to you, keeping the conversation going does not require a purchase.
- Reveal one name each weekProfiles show an initial first. On the free plan you can reveal one person's full name per week, and that person stays revealed for good.
- Density grid for your areaOn the wayDensity, not individual people. There is no real map on screen — it is a coarse grid of roughly 23 km cells (H3 res-4), and in this density view cells holding fewer than five people are never shown.

- Start as many conversations as you like, see every resultThis is what you are actually paying for. On the free plan you can start one conversation a week; replying to a message you receive is never capped. With Ruh Eşi+ you can write the first message to as many people as you like, the daily result cap comes off and you see the full match list.
- See people individually, widen the radius to 500 kmInstead of area density, the compatible people in that area are listed one by one, and the map radius goes from 10 km up to 500 km. Location stays hidden either way: distance comes back as a bucket like “under 5 km”, and real coordinates appear in no response.
- Compatibility breakdownRather than a single percentage, a breakdown of what you actually agree on, with questions and interests shown separately.
- Advanced filtersBasic age and radius filters are on the free plan too, but the radius is capped at 10 km. Ruh Eşi+ opens the advanced filters, so you can narrow the range you are looking for and shape the list around it.
- See who viewed your profileOn the wayA list of the people who opened your profile.
- Invisible modeOn the wayBrowse without appearing in lists or on the nearby screen at all.
Prices have not been set. The app is not live in any store yet, and the numbers will be published when it is. We are not giving a date, because it would be a promise we cannot keep.
Why free users can always reply
The first plan was the conventional one: free users cannot message, cannot see names, cannot see who is nearby. That model has a mathematical problem.
If free users cannot reply at all, paying members cannot talk to anyone either. The person who paid sends the first message, the other side cannot answer, and the conversation ends there. What follows is refund requests and one-star reviews.
So the rule was built the other way round: on the free plan you can start one conversation a week; replying to a message you receive is never capped. The limit applies only to starting — the weekly allowance in the plan limits measures exactly that.
The paywall sits at the start of a conversation, never in the middle of one. Nothing cuts a chat short, hides a message or locks a reply behind a purchase.

Get notifiedTokens: no subscription required
You do not have to subscribe to reveal someone's name. The same action is sold as a one-off token. Paying monthly makes little sense if you meet one new person a month.
- A token is a one-off purchase — it does not renew and nothing gets charged again on its own.
- A subscription lifts the limit on starting conversations for as long as it runs; a token unlocks one action at a time.
- You do not need both. Either one is enough on its own.
Anyone you reveal stays revealed. If your subscription ends or your tokens run out, the names you already opened do not close again. Taking back something you paid for would not be right.
Purchases go through Apple and Google
In-app subscriptions and tokens have to be sold through App Store and Google Play billing. That is not our preference, it is a store rule: selling digital content in an app through any other payment method is grounds for rejection.
- Payment is completed on the store's own screen; your card details never reach us.
- Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund also run through your store account.
- Store commission is between 15 and 30 per cent, and that feeds into whatever price we land on.
Entitlement is always decided on the server. A client claiming “I am a paying member” is never taken at its word; subscription status is verified server-side on every request.
Common questions
What do I miss out on if I stay free?
How many conversations you can start, and how many results you see a day. You can answer every question, see your full compatibility score, meet five compatible people every day and reply to anyone who writes to you. You can also reveal one name a week. On the free plan you can start one conversation a week; replying to a message you receive is never capped.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. You can buy tokens to unlock people one at a time; a token is a one-off purchase and does not renew. You can also keep using the app without buying anything at all.
What is the difference between tokens and a subscription?
A token unlocks one specific action, such as revealing a name. A subscription removes the caps on starting conversations and on daily results for as long as it runs, and opens features like the advanced filters and the compatibility breakdown. Tokens suit occasional use, a subscription suits regular use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The purchase runs through your Apple or Google account, so cancelling happens there too — one step in the store's subscription settings. When you cancel, Ruh Eşi+ stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you return to the free plan. Names you already revealed stay revealed.
Can I get a refund?
The refund decision belongs to the store. Apple or Google took the payment, so the request has to be opened from your store account. If something went wrong you can write to us as well — we will explain the process, but we cannot process the refund ourselves.
Why is there no price on this page?
The app is not live in any store yet and the prices have not been set. Publishing a number we have not decided on would mean giving you wrong information the moment it changes. Prices will be announced when the app goes live.
